WP MCP offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days. The refund is issued by Paddle.com Market Limited (our Merchant of Record) to your original payment method. Processing time after issuance depends on your bank or card provider (typically 3–7 business days).
After 14 days from your first payment, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Subscription renewal payments are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date via the dashboard (Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan).
We review refund requests outside the 14-day window on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (e.g., accidental double charge, technical fault preventing access). Contact us at hello@wordpr-mcp.com and we'll do our best to help.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all WP MCP purchases. Refunds are issued by Paddle and are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
